Charles Dickens, in Oliver Twist, penned these words: “There is a passion for hunting something deeply implanted in the human breast”.

Jude could not agree more. From his first forays into hunting, in the fields and forests of eastern Montana, Jude has been a consummate hunter. Learning at his father’s hand, Jude and his brother Ray began hunting when they were in highschool.

Hunting pheasants, partridge, and grouse in the uplands and jump hunting ducks in the creeks and ponds near Sydney, Montana was the spark that ignited a fire that still burns today.

Jude has had the privilege of hunting many of North America’s game animals including: whitetail and mule deer, pronghorn antelope, wild turkey, Canada and snow geese, ducks, pheasants, partridge, and grouse to name a few. He has focused primarily on waterfowl over the last few years.

With his constant companion and sibling Ray, Jude spends many fall mornings hunting geese and ducks wherever they can be found. He also believes in contributing to groups that support and promote hunting and wildlife.
